  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will schedule a secure, insured pickup from your doorstep at no additional cost to you.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Upon receiving the item, our gemologists will conduct a quality inspection, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
